You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, per Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502).
2. Return Conditions
Textile items can be returned if:
They are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
All tags are attached
A return request is submitted within 14 days

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and custom production, the following cannot be returned:
Underwear, socks, or similar intimate wear
Customized or tailored textile products
Opened or used bedding, towels, or linens
Items marked final sale
